Alpine Snow Sports - Aldershot

This Project was originally supposed to be a small refurbishment with a six week duration. It evolved into a major overhaul of electrical and heating including stripping out of the complete boiler and radiator system and fitting all new radiators complete with thermostatic valves including five “space saver” over head blown air wet system heaters. As the project evolved a full access toilet was fitted in along with internal alterations to create a new staffroom and reception counters for full access and the addition of a separating wall to divide office.

The contract almost doubled in value and most of the variations were carried out on a day by day basis proving that the workforce could adapt to suit the clients requirements as required. Parties and functions had to be honoured by the centre for the original 6 week period, adding extra complications to the refurbishment.
