Heatherdale House

Heatherdale House was 3 projects in 1. Firstly a single storey Studio extension, then a detached single storey “games room” complete with wet room, changing room plus self contained boiler and swimming pool plant room. Finally a second storey extension to create a large master bedroom suite, with his and hers basins, spa bath and large shower. The pvc horizontal cladding was replaced with machine made clay tiles. A boiler and chimney removed and new boiler to main house, sun pipe and under-floor heating were used together with some nice 3 and 4 fold “concertina” doors. Plenty of difficulty in that the main house was permanently occupied and chimney could not come down to give us access until boiler was replaced!!
